报告摘要:In this talk, we begin with a look at the recent developments in poroelasticity, including the model’s background, several formulations of the model and newly developed numerical methods, etc. Then we focus on the numerical approximation to the linear and nonlinear problems from the perspective of weak Galerkin (WG) methods. We establish WG finite element schemes for the poroelasticity problems and derive optimal order error estimates in the energy and L2 norms. Finally, through numerical experiments, we discuss numerical stability of the schemes based on two possible modes of numerically unstable phenomena (Poisson locking and spurious pressure oscillation) in the problems.
报告人简介:周晨光,北京工业大学讲师,本硕博均毕业于吉林大学数学学院,2019年博士毕业后赴中科院数学院计算数学所作博士后,2021年博士后出站加入北京工业大学理学部,曾于2016-2017年、2017-2018年分别在美国维克森林大学和美国奥本大学进行访问交流。目前主要的研究兴趣是非线性问题的数值解法、非标准有限元方法等等。现已发表SCI检索期刊论文多篇。
