摘要：In 1977，Cheng and Yau studied a class of Monge-Ampere equations which may be degenerate or singular on the boundary of the domain. In this talk,we report the recent results on this problem.

简怀玉， 清华大学数学系教授，博士生导师。主要从事偏微分方程和几何分析方面的研究，清华大学首批教学科研系列责任教授，曾获教育部跨世纪人才荣誉称号，《数学评论》 （Zentralblatt Math.）评论员，Northeasten Math.J.和中国《数学进展》等杂志的编委。
